God love the creativity of mankind! Here I was bored out of my mind with ground beef: meatballs, meatloaf, hamburgers, meat sauce... and then comes along Rommy from Cochabamba (it's at 8500 ft in the foothills of the Andes) who shows me this revelation of exquisiteness!
