A Congolese Feast

I picked up three women from Africa in Portland, Maine, at 1 pm. We went to the markets for among other things, goat, cassava leaves, plantains, and ginger. We started cooking at 3pm, and we didn't stop until 8:30pm. Please join us in our adventure by listening to this
podcast, beautifully recorded and produced by Jane Cramer. See other posts for the story, how-to photos, and recipes.
