Classic Dominican Lunch

Jackpot. A meal that's totally easy, healthy, exciting and delicious. Thanks to my new neighbor, Angel Ferreras, and his family and friends for passing along to us how to make this wonderful food. All together, this combination of rice, beans and meat is called la bandera, or the flag, because it's ubiquitous in the Dominican Republic.
