See How To Do It

Flavor a little oil by sauteing garlic and onion in it. 


Squeeze lemon juice (or lime works too!) over fish.


Blend tomatoes with water and a little red onion.


Add the tomato puree and fish to the pan.


Layer with red onion and cilantro.


Way more than you would think!


More onions too.


Then simply cook on medium until fish is cooked and onions get soft. This is the simplest, best tasting soup ever!
